The developer behind a proposed new cinema in Donegal Town has confirmed that he intends to submit a new planning application.
WJ Dolan Construction had planning permission turned down in September by Donegal County Council for a five screen cinema.
They announced earlier this week that they were not appealing the planning decision, and instead they will now resubmit new plans.
