Sligo’s Kevin Devaney returns to Bohemians

Sligo’s Kevin Devaney is back with Bohemians for the 2018 season.

The Calry native is one of three players added to Keith Long’s squad for next season, with Ian Morris and Philip Gannon signing new deals.

27-year-old winger Devaney was one of Galway United’s best performers last season, despite their final day relegation, and was previously with the Gypsies from 2012 to 2014.

He spent the 2015 season with Sligo Rovers, but injury deprived him of a regular run of games for the Bit O’ Red.

Elsewhere, St Patrick’s Athletic have signed former Shamrock Rovers and Derry City defender Simon Madden.

They have also confirmed the re-signing of midfielders Killian Brennan and Owen Garvan.
