Graduates are being encouraged to stay and build their careers in the North West.
Over 1,500 students graduated from IT Sligo last week.
The new graduates received higher education qualifications ranging from Higher Certificate to PhD.
The President of IT Sligo, Dr Brendan McCormack says currently only 30% of students stay in the North West for work.
