Paula Gilvarry is a Doctor and Chef. She is currently presenting ‘Stir It Up’, a new cooking series on Ocean FM which airs every Sunday Morning at 9am.
She spoke to Francie Boylan about the series and this week’s current one. This week she will visit Jackie McBreaty who is visually impaired. Jackie challenges Paula to cook blindfolded.
Stir It Up is a 10 part series which visits the home of 10 different people to help them eat more nutritious meals and get better value for money.
