The road at Cartron View remains closed this morning after a collision between a car and an electricity pole.
An electricity pole was damaged last night when there was an accident involving a car in Cartron, Sligo sometime before 9pm. No one was injured in the incident, however, live electrical wires made contact with the road.
Gardai arrived on the scene at 9pm were diversions were put in place and they remain in place this morning, so motorists are advised.
