Investigations are continuing following an arms discovery in Sligo Town.
Two weapons and ammunition were found buried in the back garden of a house during a search last week in the St Brigid’s Place area.
The guns — a revolver and a shotgun — have been sent for forensic analysis and Gardai have confirmed to Ocean FM News that their enquiries are continuing.
