A fire engine stolen from a fire station in County Donegal last night was found this morning near the border.
The truck was taken last night from Stranorlar Fire Station.
It was found this morning at about 8:30 at an entrance to forestry at Monellan Road in Killygordon, about a kilometre from the border.
Road traffic collision equipment which was on the fire engine was taken.
Garda Inspector Goretti Sheridan from Letterkenny Garda Station is appealing for information.
