A number of properties in the North West will be up for sale as part of the next Allsop online auction.
Most of those available for purchase are retail properties in Carrick on Shannon and Ballybofey.
14 retail units and 47 apartments at the Finn Valley shopping centre site in Ballybofey is on offer. The two are being offered separately with reserve prices beginning at €245,000 for the apartments and 110 thousand for the 14 retail units.
The Kube building on the outskirts of Letterkenny is the most most expensive option available in the region with a reserve price beginning at €410,000 for the three story building which includes Donegal co co as existing tenants.
A number of houses and plots of land across the county are also available as part of the online auction.
In Leitrim there are three retail units available in Carrick on Shannon.
Number 7 The Courtyard in the centre of the town is on offer with a reserve price starting at 25 thousand. Another town centre unit with upstairs apartment is also available from 35 thousand.
Retail Unit 4 at the Carrick Retail Park on the banks of the river Shannon has a reserve price starting from €70,000.
There are also two houses in Ballinamore in the North East of the county beginning at €80,000.
In Sligo there are two residential units up for auction. A three bedroom house in Ballymote beginning at €35,000 and a three bed deluxe apartment in Collooney from 65 thousand.
Overall Allsop are bringing 243 properties and sites to the market for the online auction on April 5th.
