Business membership organisation Guaranteed Irish is issuing a call for individuals and businesses in the North West to nominate their heroes in the world of sport.
Six indivduals will receive awards as part of the Heroes campaign throughout 2017 across a wide range of categories including Music and Food.
The next hero is to be awarded in March for their contributions to sport with the remainder announced every two months before the end of the year.

CEO of Guaranteed Irish Brid O’Connell told Ocean FM the award is open for anyone involved in sport.
