There are 15 people waiting on a bed at hospitals in the north west according to the latest trolley watch report.
All 15 are in Letterkenny University Hospital with none waiting on a bed in Sligo.
Nationally there are over 380 people waiting in hospitals according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.
University Hospital Limerick is the most overcrowded with 48 people in need of a bed.
