Sligo’s Stephen Kerins put in another stellar display as the Irish U20s booked their place in the World Championship final on Monday.
Kerins played 72 minutes at scrum-half, before he was withdrawn with Ireland already 30 points to seven ahead against Argentina at the Manchester City Academy Stadium.
The Irish ultimately won 37-7 and will now face England in Saturday’s final.
The tournament hosts ran-in five tries as they thrashed South Africa by 39 points to 17 in the other semi-final.
Kerins’s Sligo clubmates Cillian Gallagher and Matthew Cosgrove are also part of the Irish squad.
