The death has occurred of Sidney Francis Fletcher
Formerly of Leigh, Lancashire, England, more recently Riverstown, Sligo and Trim, Meath.
Peacefully at St Joseph’s Nursing home, Trim, Meath and surrounded by his heartbroken and devoted wife Beaty Fletcher (nee Clinton, Killavil, Ballymote) son Keiron, Daughter-in-law Jeanie (Trim, Meath), and grandchildren James (Motherwell, Scotland), Liam, and Hannah (Trim Meath). Sidney (Sid) is predeceased by his parents Alf and Minnie Fletcher. Sidney will be sadly missed by Great grandchild Ava, and Donna Fletcher (Motherwell, Scotland) wife of Grandson James, brother’s Donald and Kevin (Leigh, England), sisters-in-law Theresa McCaul (Kilmacowen, Sligo), Margaret and Liam Dennedy, (Castlebaldwin , Sligo), and Rita Clinton, wife of late brother-in-law Sean (Killavil, Sligo). Many doting nieces and nephews, godchildren, cousins and extended relatives, friends, and wonderful neighbours.
May the gentle soul of Sidney rest in peace.
Sidney will repose at Perry’s Funeral home Ballymote, Sligo 7 th August from 5pm – 7pm. Funeral mass Sunday 8 th August at 1-30pm Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballymote, Sligo, followed by burial at Carrownanty Cemetery, Ballymote Sligo.
