The death has occurred of Michael Cunningham (Mickey Rua)
Straleel, Carrick, Co. Donegal,
Peacefully in Killybegs Community Hospital after a long illness, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his parents Joseph & Jane, his brothers Joseph, Seán, Paddy, Jimmy and Francis and his sister Mary Ellen. Michael will be sadly missed by his brother Noel, his sisters Bridget, Jenny, Anna, Kathleen & Mairéad, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, cousins and a large circle of neighbours and friends.
Removal from Shovlin’s Funeral home in Ardara, this evening Wednesday 2nd August at 7pm to arrive at his late residence in Straleel for 8pm, travelling via Killybeg’s.
Reposing at his late residence from 2pm – 7pm tomorrow, Thursday with removal to St. Columba’s Church Carrick tomorrow evening for 8pm.
Funeral Mass on Friday 4th August at 11 am in St. Columba’s Church, Carrick with burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to the Killybeg’s Community Hospital, through Curran’s Funeral Services or any family member.
