Fianna Fáil have added 7 candidates to the local election ticket in Leitrim, 5 of which are sitting councillors.
The candidates are Cllr Mary Bohan and Cllr Justin Warnock in the Manorhamilton Electoral Area, Cllr Sean McGowan, Cllr Paddy Farrell, and Mr Stephen King in the Carrick-on-Shannon Electoral Area, and Cllr Paddy O’Rourke and Mr Gary Prior in the Ballinamore Electoral Area.
The local elections will take place on June 7th.
Fianna Fáil’s Director of Local Elections Minister Jack Chambers said “All these candidates represent the best of what Fianna Fáil has to offer.”
