Brexit talks continue today.



The British Prime Minister will speak with the European Commission President by phone later.

 

It comes on the eve of Boris Johnson’s self-imposed deadline for a Brexit trade deal.

 

The negotiations have been deadlocked for months over fisheries which is of course a huge issue in the North West and Donegal in particular with several jobs and lively hoods at risk.

 

Other issues that are thought to be key are  state aid and the level playing field for businesses.
