A Donegal TD is encouraging community groups, voluntary organisations, and charities in across the North West to apply for a new fund which has been launched to assist groups experiencing funding shortfalls due to COVID-19.
Fianna Fáil TD, Charlie McConalogue, has made the calls adding that Charities and community groups in the have not been immune from the decrease in donations and other financial supports since the outbreak of the pandemic.
Deputy McConalogue is urging eligible organisations to apply for a once-off grant which ranges from €2,000 to €100,000.
