This weekend sees the start of the senior, intermediate and junior club championships in Leitrim, with Allen Gaels and Bornacoola getting the senior competition underway at 8.30pm in Cloone this evening.
Tomorrow and Sunday feature double-headers in Ballinamore, Cloone, Drumshanbo and Pairc Sean in Carrick-on-Shannon.
Last year’s beaten finalists Glencar/Manor face Aughnasheelin in Carrick tomorrow evening, with the defending champions Mohill playing Aughawillan at the same venue beforehand.
Melvin Gaels start against St Mary’s in Drumshanbo tomorrow, while Dromahair play Drumreilly at the same venue on Sunday.
In the intermediate, Ballinaglera face Fenagh/St Caillins in Ballinamore tomorrow and Drumkeerin play Cloone in Drumshanbo.
Glenfarne/Kilty start their junior campaign against Carrigallen in Drumshanbo on Sunday, with Drumkeerin and Glencar/Manor also in junior action on Sunday.
