Carbury FC moved a step closer to a sixth Sligo Southern Hotel Super League title on Sunday morning with a 2-0 win over Glenview Stars at Ray MacSharry Park.
Title rivals Gurteen Celtic beat Cartron Utd 3-1 – but a positive result for Carbury against Cartron next Wednesday evening will see Damien Dunleavy’s side clinch the title.
