Letterkenny University Hospital have issued a statement warning members of the public of possible delays this weekend to facilitate necessary upgrade works.
Management say the hospital will be carrying out upgrades to ICT system that manages patient activity at the facility.
They say these links will improve links between LUH and other community services in the region.
It is expected some delays will arise for patients at LUH’s emergency department and other hospitals during the course of the works.
Works are to commence on Friday morning, May 17th and will be completed over the weekend.
Hospital management have apologised for any convenience this may cause and are asking for patience.
