Leitrim has been recorded as the county with the lowest median price for a home in Ireland.
The new report published from the CSO, showed the median price in Leitrim stood at €168,000.
Elsewhere in the North West, Donegal’s median house price was €177,000, and Sligo’s was €198,500.
This is far below the nationwide median price of €333,000.
Residential property prices rose by 7-point-3 per cent in the 12 months to March.
