Golf’s Flogas Irish Amateur Open begins at Rosses Point

Play began early on Thursday morning on Day 1 of the 2024 Flogas Irish Amateur Open at Co Sligo Sligo Club.

138 of the leading amateur golfers from Ireland and across Europe are teeing it up for arguably the biggest event of the year on the Irish (amateur) golfing calendar.

Ocean FM Sport will be broadcasting live from Rosses Point during all four days of competition – in association with Flogas, proudly supporting Irish golf in 2024.

The players are playing three rounds of strokeplay on Thursday, Friday and Saturday before the top 50 scorers make the weekend cut to contest Sunday’s final round.
