Refugee and IP figures released for the North West



Figures have been released by Integration Minister Roderic O’Gorman, showing how many Ukrainian refugees and International Protection applicants have been relocated to Sligo, Leitrim, and Donegal.

 

The results showed that 3,956 Ukrainian refugees have been placed in Donegal, ranking it the 2nd highest in Ireland, with 1,493 placed in Sligo, and 822 in Leitrim.

 

Meanwhile, in relation to international protection statistics, Donegal stands at 1,913, Sligo at 490, and Leitrim at 104.
