An investigation is continuing into a serious weekend assault in Ballybofey.
The incident happened on Main Street in the early hours of Sunday morning.
At around 1:30am, a man was approached by a gang of men and assaulted by one of them.
Gardai have described the man’s injuries as serious but non-life threatening.
Anyone who witnessed the assault or anyone who was travelling in the area around that time and who may have dashcam footage are being asked to contact Gardai in Ballybofey.
