Two men have been arrested after over €125,000 worth of drugs was seized in Donegal.
An estimated €116,000 worth of cannabis herb and €10,000 of suspected ‘magic’ mushrooms was seized on Thursday.
The Donegal Divisional Drugs Unit carried out searches at two properties within the Milford District and seized the drugs.
Two men (one aged in his 50s and one in his 40s), were arrested and detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
The men have since been released and a file is now being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The drugs will be sent to Forensic Science Ireland for further analysis.
