It’s been confirmed that Fianna Fail Senators Niall Blaney and Lisa Chambers will be added to the party ticket to contest the upcoming European Elections in the Midlands North West Constituency.
The Fianna Fáil National Constituencies Committee has issued a statement inside the last few minutes.
They will join TD Barry Cowen on the ticket.
In a statement, Director of Elections, Minister Darragh O’Brien TD, said, “This is a very strong, ambitious ticket and represents the best of what Fianna Fáil offers, in the form of three highly committed, hard-working and able public representatives who are determined to fight for Ireland in Europe”.
