The parish priest of Ballymote says there is a sense of shock and disbelief in the Ballinacarrow and surrounding areas following the tragic death of teenager last night.
A male teenager died following a single vehicle collision which took place on the N17 shortly after 8.15 pm yesterday evening.
The man sustained serious injuries when the SUV he was driving veered off the road and he was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Speaking earlier to Ocean FM news, Fr James McDonagh Ballymote Parish priest says the community will rally round the family of deceased man over the coming days.
