80th anniversary of RAF plane crash in Bluestack Mountains



On 31st January, 1944, during World War 2, an RAF plane crashed at Croaghgorm in the Bluestack Mountains in Donegal. Seven crew members were killed, five survived, including Jim Gilchrist, who kept in touch with locals in the area over many years.
