There was disappointment for the Sligo senior men’s rugby team in Friday night’s Energia All-Ireland League Division 2B game as Corinthians edged a tight contest to win 10-7 victory at Corinthians Park.
The home side led 10-7 at half-time with Sligo’s first-half try coming from Hubert Gilvarry.
Adam Nash and Michéal O’Reilly got first-half tries for the Galway team as they moved to within two points of league leaders Instonians.
