Sligo well beaten by Roscommon

Sligo senior gaelic footballers bowed out of the 2024 Connacht FBD League at the quarter-final stage on Friday evening at the Air Dome when they were beaten by Roscommon on a final scoreline of 1-21 to 0-15.

The damage was done in the first half as Roscommon precision in front of goal saw them establish a 1-13 to 0-4 interval advantage.
