A post mortem is due to be carried out on a man in his late teens who died following a collision between a van and a car in Co. Sligo.
The fatal road traffic collision between a van and a car on the Ballymote to Tubbercurry Road took place at around 11.40 am yesterday.
The male driver of one of the vehicles was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the van a man in his 60s was uninjured.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this collision to contact them.
