Minimum disruptions expected at Sligo University Hospital as a result of Clerical protest



The impact to services at Sligo University Hospital as a result of a protest later today is set to be minimal.

 

Clerical staff at the hospital are holding the demonstration at the gates of the hospital at lunchtime over the HSE’s ongoing recruitment ban.

 

It’s one of a series of protests being held right across the country, calling for an end to the ban.

 

Forsa says these protests are the next step in the campaign of industrial action.
