The fixtures lists for the 2024 Allianz Football and Hurling Leagues were announced on Wednesday by the GAA.
Large portions of the fixtures lists had been leaked well in advance but Wednesday’s announcement gave confirmation of what’s in front of Donegal, Sligo and Leitrim in the New Year.
The Allianz Football League will begin on the weekend of the January 27th and 28th.
Jim McGuinness and Donegal will start their Divsion 2 campaign with a home game against Cork in Ballybofey on Sunday, January 28th.

The final round of matches in Division 2 will be play simultaneously on Saturday night, March 23rd.
In Division 3, Tony McEntee’s Sligo start on the road on Sunday, Jan 28th, against Clare in Ennis.
Their three away games are arguably against three of the strongest counties in the division: Clare, Limerick and Down.
Sligo will finish the campaign with two home matches against Offaly and Westmeath.

Andy Moran’s Leitrim will make the trip to Waterford on the opening Sunday of their Division four campaign in January.
Four of their seven league games are away from home – and three of them will be played consecutively – before Leitrim finish their campaign with a home match against Tipperary on Sunday, March 24th.

There are no league semi-finals in 2024 – with the top two teams in each division contesting a league decider.
The four divisional finals will be played on the weekend of March 30th and 31st.
