There’s divided opinion over whether the historic Teeling Monument in Colloney should have had a missing hand replaced as part of its restoration work. The Monument was erected in memory of Bartholomew Teeling and the 1798 Rising, but the hand was shot off by a Black and Tan 100 years ago. Historians Michael Farry and Joe McGowan agree to disagree
