An investigation is continuing into an aggravated burglary in Donegal.
An elderly woman is recovering after being knocked unconscious during the incident at her home in Convoy.
It happened on Wednesday last November 29th.
In a statement Gardai say that they received report of an aggravated burglary that is reported to have occurred at a residence in Convoy.
Gardai also confirmed that the woman was injured during the course of the incident.
