The RNLI are encouraging any swimmers intending to take part in any festive swims over the holiday season to sign up to an upcoming webinar.
The webinar is taking place on Monday, December 11th.
The webinar will cover a wide range of topics including understanding weather and tide, location, entry and egress and float to live.
Taking place at 8pm, the webinar also includes a Q&A session.
