Dromore West athlete Keelan Kilrehill finished fourth in Sunday’s senior men’s race at the 123.ie National Cross Country Championships in Kilkenny.
Running in the singlet of Moy Valley AC in Ballina, Kilrehill ran 31 mins 18 secs to finish fourth behind winner Cormac Dalton from Mullingar Harriers.
Finn Valley AC’s Sean McGinley finished 28th in a time of 33.26 – while Sligo AC’s Finley Daly was 33rd with 33.32.
Fiona Everard from Bandon in Cork won the senior women’s race.
Moy Valley AC had a day to remember in the underage races with Roxane Sands and Daniel Gallagher, clubmates of Keelan Kilrehill, claiming their respective U12 titles.
