Two men are due to appear before a special sitting of Ballyshannon District Court this evening (Saturday).
Gardaí confirmed that they arrested two men (one 30s and one 20s) on Tuesday, October 24th in connection with Organised Crime related offences.
Both males were detained in Garda Stations in Co Donegal under section 50 Criminal Justice Act 2007.
Investigating Gardaí, with International colleagues are investigating the alleged trafficking of persons into Ireland for the purpose of labour exploitation.
Both men have since been charged and are scheduled to appear in court later this evening.
