A motorist was arrested and a package containing suspected cannabis was seized following a pursuit in Donegal.
Gardaí from Letterkenny Roads Policing Unit attempted to stop a vehicle on Sunday, however it failed to stop.
As the vehicle continued its course, the driver discarded a package from a window.
The abandoned package was recovered and contained approximately €1,100 worth of suspected cannabis.
The driver, who was believed to be using a mobile phone while driving and not wearing their seatbelt was arrested on suspicion of drug driving.
