The development of the Western Rail Corridor needs to be prioritised as part of the All Island Rail Review.
The Government is being urged to step up and deliver what has been outlined in the review.
A draft was published yesterday and includes around 30 recommendations to improve the rail network.
The review wants faster speeds, improved frequency, and new rail routes for people and freight, particularly across the west and north of the country.
