Donegal advertising for new senior team manager

Donegal GAA is now inviting applications for a new senior team manager.

The county is on the lookout for a new bainisteoir after interim boss Aidan O’Rourke and selector Paddy Bradley stepped away following the team’s All-Ireland football preliminary quarter-final exit against Tyrone last weekend.

They took temporary charge midway through Donegal’s national league campaign, following Paddy Carr’s departure from the role after less than five months in charge.

The closing date for expressions of interest is  Friday the 21st of July, 2023 at 5pm.

Expressions of interest should be sent by email only to secretary.donegal@gaa.ie.

Enquiries beyond the deadline may be declined.

Donegal GAA says it also reserves the right to identify potential candidates for the role, beyond the applications it receives.

The County Board hasn’t clarified yet if a sub-committee is being put in place to select the new manager.
