A military tribunal in Lebanon has formally accused five members of Hezbollah with the killing of Private Seán Rooney last December.
Of the five men named in a 30 page indictment, only one remains in custody.
According to an AFP News report, all five men have been referred to the military court for trial accused of voluntary homicide, and their actions are punishable by death under the Lebanese penal code.
