Letterkenny University Hospital is the 5th most over-crowded hospital in the country when it comes to patients waiting on trollies.
There are 41 people waiting on trollies in the Donegal facility.
There are an additional 34 people waiting on beds at Sligo University Hospital.
The number of patients in the respective emergency departments stand at 24 in Sligo and 10 in Letterkenny.
Throughout the country there are 635 patients without a bed in Irish hospitals today according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation. This includes 90 patients in Cork University Hospital, a new overcrowding record for that hospital.
