Manorhamilton Farmer Liam Gilligan has been appointed as the new Chairperson of the Leitrim branch of the IFA.
The sheep and suckler farmer is also well-known from his involvement with the Manorhamilton Agricultural Show where he held the position as Chairman.
Mr. Gilligan brings a wealth of experience to the role and has in the past served on Animal Welfare and Suckler committees with the IFA.
