The future of the former courthouse building in Manorhamilton has been raised by a local county councillor.
Cathaoirleach of the Manorhamilton Municipal District Frank Dolan says a decision on the future of the building which is situated in Manorhamilton and is currently lying idle needs to be made sooner rather than later.
The Fine Gael councillor reiterated the view that it’s a shame to see the building falling into dereliction.
Cllr Dolan called on the local authority in Leitrim to make contact with the court service on this issue.
