The Donegal based President of the Garda Representative Association says he hopes the process of members of the force being allocated body cams will take a significant step forward today.
Legislation will go before the Dáil to allow use of body cams by members of Garda Síochána.
It’s claimed the Gardai are about 3 decades behind comparable police services when it comes to equipment.
