St Attracta’s Community School senior boys gaelic footballers completed a memorable week for the south Sligo with a dramatic 2-8 to 1-10 win over St Muredach’s of Ballina in Friday evening’s Connacht Colleges senior ‘B’ football semi-final at the province’s Centre of Excellence.
This victory followed the St Attracta’s junior girls footballers lifting the Connacht ‘A’ title earlier this week, while the school’s senior soccer team also won the Connacht ‘A’ schoolgirls cup final.
