Flower boxes and lights damaged in Drumshanbo



Drumshanbo Tidy Towns have expressed their disappointment after flower boxes throughout the town have been ripped out and smashed in the South Leitrim town overnight.

Flower pots have been smashed in the High Street, library and Laird House areas of the town.

Recently installed lights at Laird House Courtyard have also been smashed overnight.

Speaking to Ocean FM News, Councillor Brendan Barry, who is a member of the Drumshanbo Tidy Towns committee spoke of his disappointment of the incident:
