Sligo senior men’s rugby team recorded a 20-14 home win against Dungannon in Saturday’s Energia All-Ireland League Division 2B game at Hamilton Park in Strandhill.
Second-half tries from Rob Holian and Euan Brown saw Sligo overturn a 7-3 half-time defict.
Dungannon scored a late try in the dying moments of the game but Euan Brown responded with another Sligo penalty as Paddy Pearson’s side held on to claim their first win of 2023.
