Severe weather to hit the North West over coming days



Hail, sleet and snow are on the cards for the North West region over the next couple of days due to a cold snap of weather that is hitting the region.

A yellow ice warning is in place for the country until Midday, with a risk of freezing fog.

A winter weather advisory will stay in place until Thursday, due to an arctic chill.
