The Donegal Sports Star Awards ceremony celebrating the 2022 sporting year will take place on Friday, January 27th, in the Mount Errigal Hotel in Letterkenny.
Former Republic of Ireland international goalkeeper, and Lifford native, Shay Given, will be the special guest of honour on the night.
The 2022 awards were officially launched on Monday evening in Letterkenny.
This year’s event will also honour the award winners from 40 years ago – 1982.
This year’s event will be the 47th year of the awards.
There are 36 categories with over 120 individuals and teams listed as nominees.
